Key Responsibilities Work daily within the DOMO platform to support and enhance BI reporting solutions for 30+ clients. Manage and troubleshoot failed datasets, dataflows, and ETL processes. Develop and optimize T-SQL queries to build and maintain SQL-based datasets within DOMO. Investigate and resolve data quality and integrity issues across multiple environments. Add new data fields, enhance existing datasets, and build new data models per business requirements. Design, modify, and maintain DOMO dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective BI solutions. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of data across reports. Maintain documentation of BI processes, data flows, and dashboards for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Experience 58 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics roles. Strong hands-on expertise with DOMO BI platform (Magic ETL, DataSets, DataFlows, Beast Modes). Advanced proficiency in T-SQL — writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries. Experience with ETL tools and integrating data from multiple sources. Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for validation and reporting. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work across multiple client environments in a fast-paced, support-driven setup. Nice to Have Experience in automating data refresh and ETL processes. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure SQL). Exposure to scripting or data transformation tools (Python, R).
