Key Result Areas:

• Ontime completion of error free programming in PLC (Mitsubishi/Siemens) and SCADA development (Siemens)
• Maintaining proper revision history.
• Maintaining Backup.
• Developing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Travel to site as and when needed for commissioning and trouble shooting
• Documentation and SOP preparation

Responsibilities:

• Design,Develop and create HMI screens, databases, alarms, and events to meet the operational requirements of Insmart
• Develop PLC ladder logic programs for machines.
• Design, code, and test control programs to meet the requirements defined by SCADA Admin for the control system.
• Interpret field electrical diagrams
• Design and create programs within SCADA system that interface with internal and external data sources
• Create a work environment that is consistent with the Companys Purpose, Vision & Core Values
• Trouble shoot and provide solutions.

Required Candidate profile

• B Tech/ BE Mechanical Engineering or Electrical or Electronics Engineering with more than5 years of PLC ladder logic development and scada programming skills
• Proactive to take initiative in addressing and solving issues
• Proficient to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Proficient experience working on computer system hardware, and operating system software.
• Proficient in VBS, XML, C#, and VBA.
• Proficient working knowledge of Instrumentation, Flow Computers wiring, configuration, and programming.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively converse with all levels of the company, customers, business associates
• Professional integrity and accountability
• Work in fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ready to travel 20 days per month at a stretch to industry belts and other remote areas.

Education:

UG : B.Tech/B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mining
