  • Min 3-5 years Atlassian Admin experience across Atlassian suite of products (Atlassian certifications a plus)
  • Developer experience (e.g. Java, JavaScript, or some other language) and familiarity with API’s
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian query syntax (JQL, AQL, CQL) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership mentality, ability to drive effective interactions & requirements gathering with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and design recommended solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to assess existing implementations and recommend/execute tool & workflow changes for efficiency
