Sr Associate - Record to Report (CA Qualified) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr
Associate - Record to Report (CA Qualified) to join our team in Bangalore
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Ledger Accounting (GL) and experience in Month End Close, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, P&L Analysis, GL Accounting, and Variance Analysis
Location Bangalore Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet analysis
Conduct intercompany reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification
Minimum 0-5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting (GL) and Record to Report processes
Strong knowledge of General Ledger Accounting (GL) and experience in Month End Close, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, P&L Analysis, GL Accounting, and Variance Analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
