Job Purpose

To provide technical support to the fabricator in use of CPQ software. Carry out weekly price updating and periodic software upgrades for the fabricators. Carryout data setup of systems in the window maker software. Carry out training for the fabricators with the use of Window Maker

Job Context & Major Challenges:

Should have minimum 4 years of industry exp.Deal with 10+ Fabricators on a daily basisResolve Fabricator queries related to software and provide relevant resolutions
