Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Embedded C MATLAB and C++. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for the automotive industry. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software applications using Embedded C MATLAB and C++. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operation of applications. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. Ensure software solutions meet performance scalability and reliability requirements. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications. Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software functionality. Optimize software performance and memory usage. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Embedded C MATLAB and C++. Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. Nice to have experience in the automotive industry. Must possess excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to adapt to a hybrid work model. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Should have a proactive approach to learning new technologies. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Should have experience with version control systems like Git. Must be familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile. Should have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
