Sr. Associate-Logistics

1. Logistics Management

· Plan and schedule dispatches in line with customer orders and production requirements.

· Coordinate with transporters and courier services for timely delivery.

· Optimize routes and loads to reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational logistics policies.

2. Dispatch Operations

· Verify dispatch documents including delivery challans, invoices, E Invoice and E-way bills.

· Ensure accurate packing, labelling, and loading of materials for dispatch.

· Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.

· Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery timelines.

3. Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain records of dispatches, transport bills, and proof of delivery.

· Ensure compliance with GST, E-way bill, E Invoice and other regulatory requirements.

· Coordinate with finance for transporter billing and payment reconciliation.

4. Coordination & Communication

· Liaise with warehouse/store teams for material availability.

· Work closely with procurement and production teams to align dispatch schedules.

· Manage relationships with transporters, courier partners, and customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,783.29 per month
