**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Logistics Management professional, your primary responsibility will be to plan and schedule dispatches in accordance with customer orders and production needs. You will coordinate with transporters and courier services to ensure timely delivery while optimizing routes and loads to minimize transportation costs and enhance efficiency. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with both statutory and organizational logistics policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Verify dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, E Invoice, and E-way bills. - Ensure precise packing, labeling, and loading of materials for dispatch. - Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders. - Handle customer inquiries regarding dispatch and delivery schedules. - Maintain records of dispatches, transport bills, and proof of delivery. - Ensure compliance with GST, E-way bill, E Invoice, and other regulatory requirements. - Liaise with warehouse/store teams for material availability. - Collaborate with procurement and production teams to synchronize dispatch schedules. - Manage relationships with transporters, courier partners, and customers. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in logistics management or a related field. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Familiarity with GST, E-way bill, E Invoice, and other regulatory requirements. - Ability to optimize routes and loads for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
