Sr. Associate Legal

As an experienced and highly skilled legal associate at our organization, your role will involve handling a wide range of contracts and providing legal advice to protect the Company's interest. You will collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to draft and negotiate agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business teams to understand legal requirements - Review and negotiate contracts in accordance with company standards - Review various customer contracts such as MSA, SaaS, Annual Maintenance Services Agreement, and more - Maintain Intellectual Property portfolio, particularly trademarks and copyrights - Assist external legal counsels in litigations - Identify areas requiring legal assistance for seamless roll-out of new offerings - Manage contracts and maintain reports for upcoming renewals - Maintain a repository of all executed contracts and key features - Make recommendations and support operations team on legal documentation - Prepare monthly reports on legal contracts for management - Provide legal opinions on business queries as needed - Act as an advisory body on legal matters for various departments - Procure insurance policies and track renewals - Research laws applicable to the business and advise management - Identify and rectify prevalent risks - Negotiate contracts with customers, service providers, and vendors - Upload contracts and track deadlines in the contract management tool - Fulfill any other legal duties as required Qualifications Required: - Eligibility: 5-7 years total experience as a Legal Counsel in corporate - Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical reasoning, good team player, attention to detail, data-driven approach, time management, and customer service orientation,
