Job Description: We are seeking an experienced VVU (Virtual Verification Unit) Head to oversee business operations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for leading audit functions, managing risk, and ensuring adherence to process excellence in alignment with established banking policies. Key Responsibility Areas: Ensure daily delivery of key performance metrics and service levels to clients. Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing continuous training and support. Handle escalated issues and client complaints with professionalism and urgency. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Ensure adherence to defined VVU Turnaround Time (TAT) and process standards. Monitor and ensure closure of audit exceptions by respective branches. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field. 12–15 years of relevant experience in auditing, preferably in MFI, Banking, or NBFC environments. Proven experience managing and leading teams (6–7 members or more). Strong knowledge of risk and process management, especially within banking operations. In-depth understanding of KYC norms and compliance regulations. Strong knowledge of retail and asset banking products. Exceptional documentation, audit reporting, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. High levels of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
