Manager/Senior Manager MIS and Analytics

As a Manager/Senior Manager for MIS and Analytics, your role is crucial in leading data-driven decision-making efforts across the organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, translating insights into actionable recommendations to drive the business forward. Your expertise in data analytics and strong leadership skills will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibility Areas: - Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their daily activities. - Design and implement an analytics strategy aligned with the company's business goals. - Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities, including financial data on revenue, cost, and EBITDA by various business parameters. - Deliver profitability analyses and insights to Senior Management, recommending areas for improvement. - Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, develop dashboards, and reports for performance measurement. - Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions and business growth. - Identify opportunities for automation to enhance productivity and facilitate IT and operations collaboration. - Stay updated on industry trends and analytics tools advancements for continuous improvement. - Lead data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security. - Partner with IT teams to optimize data infrastructure and systems for efficient data processing. - Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations. - Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis. - Experience in formulating and executing analytics strategies in a corporate environment. - Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices. - Exceptional people and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with data visualization tools and best practices. - Experience with large datasets and statistical analysis techniques. - Relevant certifications in analytics tools or methodologies are a plus.,
