Sr Associate

As a key contributor in all aspects of MDAS (Model Delivery as a Service), you must be willing to work in an agile project framework. Adaptability and quick learning of business needs are crucial throughout the modeling implementation process. Your role involves leading quality assurance and testing efforts, providing guidance to junior team members, and ensuring orderly documentation and archiving of validation artifacts for audit purposes. Responsibilities: - Import, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources and systems (Teradata, Oracle, Cloud DB) for analytics and modeling preparation. - Develop expertise in Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Big Data, and Machine Learning processes. - Utilize analytical and statistical applications (SAS, SQL, Python, PySpark, JAVA, Scala) to analyze trends in complex data sets. - Build Proof-of-Concept machine learning outlier detection systems on Cloud Platforms using Python/PySpark or JAVA/Scala. - Oversee and validate production processes during development and implementation. Qualifications: - Minimum 6 years of hands-on data analysis experience. - Technical expertise in data models, analysis, and segmentation techniques. - Proficiency in querying and extracting data from Cloud-based open-source platforms like Data Bricks and Snowflake. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to present fact-based recommendations clearly. - Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction across all management levels and business functions. - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline preferred.
