Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sr Associate in Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefit schemes.
Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions related to benefits administration.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of benefits operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits with other HR functions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in benefits administration.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and their families regarding benefits-related queries.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of benefits administration principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to benefits administration.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex tasks.
Experience working with large datasets and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
