We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process mapping, technical consulting, and project management. Roles and Responsibility Setup and configure the D365 application to meet client requirements. Develop and implement unit tests for business processes to ensure quality and accuracy. Create technical documentation to support project delivery. Perform data conversion, transformation, and loading into D365. Collaborate with US counterparts to manage workload and deliverables. Coach and mentor junior resources to enhance their skills and knowledge. Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of functional, hands-on experience with D365. Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience deploying solutions using Power Platform applications. Understanding of key end-to-end business processes including Lead to Order and Field Service. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
