We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in USI, primarily serving clients that require a review or compilation of their financial statements. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Serve clients requiring a review or compilation of their financial statements. Provide timely, high-quality client service, including coordinating the review of all required financial statements and related disclosures. Develop an understanding of the client's business and become an industry specialist to understand client-specific needs. Utilize RSM's audit, review, and compilation methodologies. Facilitate client work by monitoring and reporting on productivity and adherence to work plan schedules. Anticipate and address client concerns, escalating issues as needed. Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow from the client to the engagement team. Identify and communicate accounting matters to Managers and Partners, recognizing opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients. Ensure professional development through ongoing education and work from a combination of office and home, with limited client site work. Job Requirements BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree. CA, ACCA, or CPA Certification or demonstrated progress towards obtaining one or more certifications, including required coursework. Minimum 2 years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment, auditing/reviewing/compiling financial statements. Previous experience auditing/reviewing/compiling client financial statements is preferred. Demonstrated ability to act as in-charge on engagements. Experience working on multiple on-going engagements. Ability to anticipate and address client concerns, escalating issues as needed. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
