Sr. Art Director

Role Overview: As a Senior Art Director at Lemon Yellow, you will be leading the internal branding efforts to ensure that Lemon Yellow's visuals match the high-quality experiences created for clients. Your main responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing visual campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand identity, and designing impactful experiences across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creative direction for Lemon Yellow's internal brand initiatives, including marketing campaigns, recruitment visuals, and event storytelling. - Develop visually compelling narratives showcasing work, people, and culture through various channels. - Ensure all creative outputs align with Lemon Yellow's brand aesthetic and values. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to visually bring alive culture programs, hiring campaigns, and events. - Work with content writers, designers, and SEO specialists to develop cohesive brand narratives. - Present ideas to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity. - Lead and mentor the internal marketing team, guiding them to deliver campaigns in line with Lemon Yellow's brand values. - Oversee the design and production of visual assets for internal use, ensuring consistency and quality. - Continuously evolve Lemon Yellow's brand identity and maintain brand guidelines for effective communication. - Contribute to client branding projects, offering design direction and visual inputs to elevate creative output. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas confidently. - Experience in developing brand narratives and maintaining design standards. - Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
