Sr. Art Director

Role Overview: As a Senior Art Director at Tempest Advertising Pvt. Ltd., you will lead creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns. Your role will involve translating brand and business objectives into visually powerful, idea-driven concepts and mentoring a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors to ensure high creative standards. Additionally, you will review and refine creative outputs before delivery, maintaining quality and consistency, and present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders. It is important to stay ahead of design, advertising, and digital trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative strategy and direction for client campaigns across print, digital, and social media. - Collaborate closely with copywriters, planners, and client servicing teams to conceptualize and deliver strong brand campaigns. - Translate brand and business objectives into visually powerful, idea-driven concepts. - Mentor and guide a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors to ensure high creative standards. - Review and refine creative outputs before delivery, maintaining quality and consistency. - Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders. - Stay ahead of design, advertising, and digital trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in advertising/design (agency experience preferred). - Strong skills in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and up-to-date with emerging tools. - Deep understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Strategic thinking, persuasive presentation skills, and ability to deliver under deadlines. - Embody Tempest's core values in day-to-day leadership.,
