Sr. Art Director

Role Overview: As an Art Director/Graphic Designer at HUL's office but on the rolls of Moksha, you will be responsible for generating clear ideas and concepts in collaboration with the copywriter. You will produce sketches, storyboards, and art layouts based on creative visions and ideas, aiming to understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience. Your goal will be to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative campaigns that captivate targeted audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Generate clear ideas and concepts in coordination with the copywriter - Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas - Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience - Collaborate with the creative team across various media types - Take projects from concept to final execution within deadlines - Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers, providing clear directions - Present completed ideas to clients and team members - Stay updated on industry trends and maintain best practices Qualification Required: - Proven working experience as an Art Director - Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, colour theory, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design - Proficient in using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Ability to incorporate feedback and take/give direction effectively - Team player with strong communication and presentation skills - Relevant education or training - Evidence of creative ability/talent (e.g., Portfolio) - 3-5+ years of experience in an agency setting - Strong conceptual and time management skills Please remember to share your work portfolio along with your resume.,
