Job Summary

We are hiring Sr Accounts Receivables Associates to join our growing team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for BBA or B.Com graduates (freshers or up to 1 year of experience) to gain international exposure and build a career in the high-demand ARM industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls related to accounts receivable
• Perform account reconciliations and basic calculations
• Conduct internet research for account verification
• Negotiate payment resolutions and handle objections
• Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines
• Adapt to frequent changes in client requirements

Qualifications

• BBA or B.Com graduate (any stream)
• Freshers or up to 12 months of experience
• Comfortable working night shifts (US process)
• Strong verbal English communication skills
• Basic computer and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
