Who Can Apply

We are hiring M.Com and MBA graduates (freshers or with up to 12 months of experience) who are ready to start or grow their careers in the international AR process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• M.Com or MBA graduates (any stream)
• Freshers or up to 12 months of experience
• Comfortable working night shifts (US process)
• Self-driven, confident, and career-focused

Key Skills Required

• Fluent verbal English communication
• Active listening and customer understanding
• Basic computer knowledge & MS Office proficiency
• Internet research and account reconciliation capabilities
• Effective negotiation and objection handling
• Strong questioning and information-gathering skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain composed
• Comfortable in a performance-based work culture
• Adaptable to changes in processes and client guidelines
