About the Role:
WaveOnline is looking for experienced AR Follow-Up Executives with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in denial management and a proven track record of calling insurance companies for claim status and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform AR follow-up with US insurance companies via phone.
• Analyze and resolve denied or unpaid claims.
• Document all calls and claim status accurately in the system.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth claim processing and resolution.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in AR follow-up in US medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of denial handling and insurance calling.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Willingness to relocate to Kochi independently.
• Familiarity with RCM tools and medical billing software is an advantage.
