Sr. Application Engineer

As an ideal candidate for the job, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing project specifications and preparing deviations lists. You will also need to clarify any doubts on technical specifications through conference calls with Impact partner/LBP and WA factory. Sizing and selecting relief valves using proprietary PRV2SIZE software will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will have to contact WA factory for critical application solutions/special prices as necessary. Your tasks will also include preparing Technical Quotes, technical deviations lists, generating reports and drawings, and participating in various meetings such as kickoff meetings, Technical Bid Evaluation meetings, and Customer meetings. You will be expected to provide support on project revisions from customers, assist Impact partner/LBP post PO issuance, and provide technical support for BOM/factory clarifications and change orders. It will be essential to maintain records of all work done. Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum requirement of an Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical - No prior work experience is necessary - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a project - Basic knowledge of valves and their working principles - Experience in Inside Sales or knowledge of pressure relief valves or regulators will be an added advantage - Ability to analyze issues and provide technically proficient solutions promptly,
