Sr. Angular Developer

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading front-end development efforts using Angular to create responsive and dynamic user interfaces. You will design, develop, and maintain robust UI components using Angular and React frameworks. Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers, you will ensure seamless and dynamic user interfaces. Utilizing tools such as Angular Material, PrimeNG, and AG-Grid, you will write reusable, testable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and maintainability. Your role will involve building and managing front-end workflows with npm, Node.js, and other relevant technologies. You will also be required to make front-end architectural decisions, enforce best practices, and implement responsive UI designs using modern CSS techniques including SCSS, Flexbox, CSS Grid, and animations. Optimizing applications for speed and scalability will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and maintaining code quality standards will be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 8-12 years of experience in front-end/UI development with a strong proficiency in Angular (v10+) frameworks. Solid experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), modern ECMAScript features, Nodes.js, and npm is essential. A deep understanding of Angular Material, PrimeNG, and AG-Grid is required, as well as expertise in CSS, SASS/SCSS, Flexbox, Grid Layouts, and responsive design patterns. Experience integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON-based backend systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows is also necessary. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills are preferred, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, Karma), familiarity with state management tools like NgRx, exposure to Micro Frontends architecture, and knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n/I10n) best practices. Soft skills such as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, mentoring skills, a proactive attitude, and a team-first mindset are highly valued in this role.,
