Job Description

You are a Sr. Agilist with 10 to 13 years of experience, specializing in Agile methodologies and CX-Scrum Master within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. Your role involves leading Agile transformation initiatives, overseeing the implementation of Agile practices, and providing guidance to Scrum teams to enhance their performance and productivity. You will facilitate various Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with product owners, ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders, and address any impediments that may hinder the team's progress. Your responsibilities also include monitoring and reporting on the progress of Agile projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices, and utilizing Agile metrics to track and improve team performance. You will drive the adoption of Agile tools and techniques, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. To excel in this role, you must possess extensive experience in Agile methodologies and CX-Scrum Master, strong domain knowledge in Asset & Wealth Management, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices. You should have a proven track record of leading Agile transformation initiatives, the ability to coach and mentor effectively, and utilize Agile metrics for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables are essential. Experience in using Agile tools and techniques, understanding of the financial services industry, and proficiency in working effectively in a hybrid work model are also required.,
