Sr Advanced User Exp Designer

Senior Advanced UX Designer Responsibilities: Lead/Execute the Delivery of innovative, scalable, elegant, usable and well thought out user experiences for the next generation Honeywell Industrial Automation products/offerings Lead the design process from discovery through implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach at every stage. Apply proven methods to discover user needs and gaps/opportunities and articulate to business owners to help evolving the product roadmap and requirements Collaborate with product leaders and Technical Leads to define and prioritise business and customer needs. Partner with UX researchers to uncover user insights and advocate for customer needs in design decisions. Work closely with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining usability and consistency. Map out user journeys with flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to improve product usability. Design, implement, and validate user interfaces for scalable applications across desktop and mobile platforms. Document functional requirements to communicate design rationale and guide development. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and measure UX metrics Champions innovation and new product idea creations Help to institutionalise User centred design best practices and emerging trends within design team and larger organisation Skills and Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience as a UX practitionerworking on complex, data intensive enterprise software applications Working Knowledge of human centred designprinciples, techniques and processes Expertise in design and prototyping tools such asFigma, Miro, Adobe product Suites. Working Knowledge of user research andusability evaluation methods A strong portfolio that showcases your end to enddesign process and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience in usability testing and userresearch. Excellent communication skills, with the ability toconvey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proven ability to work in Agile software developmentenvironment. Having domain knowledge in Industrial Automation isan added advantage A strategic mindset that can identify opportunitiesfor innovation across product ecosystems. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus oncreating scalable and intuitive UX solutions. A degree in HCI, UX Design, or a related field, orequivalent professional experience. A passion for creating high-quality, intuitive userinterfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
