As a Sr. Product Designer UI/UX with a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing clients digital products, ensuring that they meet and exceed user expectations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including POs, BAs, other UX designers to create seamless and engaging user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Use Figma as the primary design and collaboration tool for wireframes, prototypes, and design handoffs.
Maintain design consistency by leveraging shared components and design systems.
Collaborate effectively within Figma for reviews, feedback, and version management.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Create intuitive, high-fidelity prototypes that address business challenges and user needs.
Ensure designs reflect empathy, accessibility, and a seamless user journey.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
Promote design maturity by refining workflows and adopting best practices.
Align design decisions with both business outcomes and user goals.
Work within a Design Ops framework and coordinate with the central Design System team.
Contribute to reusable assets, patterns, and documentation for scalability.
Ensure consistency and efficiency across product design processes.
Manage workload and priorities effectively while meeting project timelines.
Communicate project status, dependencies, and expectations clearly with stakeholders.
Balance multiple deliverables without compromising quality or attention to detail.
