As a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or Chief Accountant, your role will involve overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and supervising the accounting team - Ensuring compliance with basic accounting procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Staying updated on business trends and financial regulations - Preparing and analyzing financial accounting statements - Executing general ledger functions and overseeing month-end/year-end close process - Utilizing advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis - Demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and strong quantitative skills - Managing confidential data with strong ethics - Utilizing financial software such as Tally for financial operations To qualify for this position, you should have: - Proven experience in a similar role for 12 to 15 years - A minimum of a Graduation degree - Professional qualification such as CMA, CFA, or CPA would be a plus If you are passionate about financial management, possess excellent analytical skills, and have a strong background in accounting, this role offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the success of the company.
