Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as needed.
Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for financial entries and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with [specific software or ERP used in your company].
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other local tax regulations.
Experience in handling reconciliations and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,638.48 - ₹44,054.64 per month
