Job Title: SR. Account Receivable – Medical Billing
Job Type: Full-Time (5 days a week, 2 fixed days off)
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Transport : Centralized Pick or Home Drop in Night Shifts Only.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process medical claims with accuracy and compliance.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) with insurance companies.
• Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and insurers to resolve claim denials and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and claim status.
• Ensure timely collections and reduce AR aging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 06 months of experience in the Accounts Receivable (AR) domain of Medical Billing.
• Experience must be from a BPO/KPO Background only.
• Good understanding of US healthcare billing procedures and medical terminology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English).
• Comfortable working night shifts (US hours).
