Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Head Office) Department: Finance & Accounts Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Chemicals / Pharmaceuticals Preferred Software Skills: Tally Prime, SAP Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Job Description Topnotch Chemicals PVT LTD is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage and oversee the organizations core accounting functions. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Finalization of accounts and financial statements. Reconciliation of Bank, Vendor, Debtor, and Ledger accounts. Manage audits by coordinating with internal accountants and external auditors. Review GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Company Law compliances. Handle monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly returns and statutory payments. Support cost audits and liaise with consultants and authorities for compliance matters. Review and manage MIS reports, stock statements, and investment of idle funds. Work on cash flow reports, creditor/debtor aging reports, and other financial analysis. Interact with banks, financial institutions, and tax authorities as needed. Candidate Requirements Education: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Accounts/Finance Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally Prime; working knowledge of SAP preferred Domain Knowledge: GST, TDS, Statutory Compliance, Finalization of Accounts Soft Skills: Strong communication, assertiveness, team coordination, and problem-solving skills Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance High attention to detail and accuracy Proactive approach with the ability to work independently Good interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Perks and Benefits Opportunity to work in a reputed chemical manufacturing company Exposure to SAP and high-end accounting processes Collaborative work environment Salary commensurate with experience and industry standards
