Sr. Academic Counsellor

You will be playing a pivotal role as an Inside Sales Agent/Academic Counsellor by connecting with potential students, understanding their objectives, and assisting them in choosing our PG Diploma program in VLSI. While sales are part of the job, it is equally important to prioritize the student's best interests to ensure their success and the program's reputation in the long run. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospective students identified by our marketing team, promoting the features of our PG Diploma program, counseling students to align their goals with the program, facilitating the enrollment process, building relationships with students, and gathering feedback for program improvement. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for a background in education, counseling, or related areas. Prior experience in sales, academic counseling, or customer service will be beneficial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly are essential. Your interpersonal skills should enable you to empathize with students, build rapport quickly, and prioritize their interests while meeting sales targets. Being tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools for communication and student data management is also required.
