Nextskilledge is growing, and we’re looking for dynamic and driven Academic Counsellors to join our team! If you have a passion for guiding working professionals and helping them take the next step in their academic journey—especially in Doctorate programs—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Whether you’ve worked in edtech, international admissions, or higher education sales, we’d love to meet you!

• Talk to mid-to-senior-level professionals who are exploring Doctorate, DBA, or PhD programs.
• Understand their goals and help them choose the right path through personalized consultations.
• Manage both inbound and outbound leads and convert them into successful enrolments.
• Follow up regularly and guide them through the entire decision-making process.
• Keep track of your calls, interactions, and enrolments through our CRM.
• Work towards monthly sales targets (don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way).

• 1–2 years of experience in education counselling or inside sales (Doctorate or PG programs is a bonus).
• Knowledge of global education systems, especially UK & US formats.
• Comfortable working with international or senior-level clients.
• Strong communication, confidence, and consultative selling skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• A Bachelor’s degree is a must; Master’s is a plus.

• Experience in EdTech, University Admissions, or Study Abroad counselling.
• Worked with Doctorate-level programs (DBA, PhD, EdD).
• Familiarity with UK academic standards and student expectations.
