• 3-5 years of experience in commercial-grade business applications with:
o SQL Server Database Administration (2008, 2012, 2014, 2019, 2022)
o Production server management
o SSIS package development and maintenance
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SQL transactional replication
• Experience implementing and managing change tracking systems for database auditing
• Proficiency in configuring TLS encryption and certificate management for SQL Server security
• Working knowledge of SAN technologies and third-party monitoring tools
• Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality
