SQL Developer

**Job Description:** As a Consultant for UKG, your role involves creating solutions for different US-based clients to address their interfacing requirements with UKG's products. This includes generating output files, reports, workflows, and system upgrades using tools like Workforce Integration Manager, Crystal, and Process Manager. Your expertise in the WFM database and related tools will enable you to develop customized solutions tailored to meet client needs. Working remotely, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting UKG Timekeeper Implementation, collaborating closely with UKG Project Managers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement software in diverse environments using Professional Services methodologies - Adhere to the SDLC process to deliver interface solutions - Interpret client requirements and create detailed design documents - Develop, test, and deploy interfaces, providing support for User Acceptance Testing - Deploy and release interfaces to the production environment - Upgrade existing UKG clients to more compatible and up-to-date versions, ensuring a seamless transition and deployment - Demonstrate flexibility by being available for calls during evening hours with clients and US team members - Provide support for major releases and upgrades during US hours as required **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field - 4-8 years of industry experience - Proficiency in working with SQL relational database management systems, with knowledge of SQL scripting considered a plus - Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications - Familiarity with HCM/WFM domain is an added advantage - Hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, deploying, and scheduling integration processes involving third-party systems - Familiarity with integration tools such as Boomi AtomSphere or similar platforms - Knowledge of Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, and web service design - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent customer interfacing abilities (Note: Additional Company Details have been omitted from the Job Description),
