Integration Consultant is responsible for creating solutions for different US based clients to meet their interfacing requirements with UKG products. The Consultant should have in-depth knowledge of the HCM or WFM concepts and knowledge of SQL which will assist in creating these customized solutions. The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. Consultant will develop Stored Procedures using SQL to export and import the data between third party application and UKG PRO. Other responsibilities will include the following customer related tasks: Understanding the requirements from the client and interpret the requirements. Transform the requirements into SQL stored procedure. Update the Regional Integration consultants about the progress using JIRA. Perform a trusted advisors role for regional consultants from technical perspectives. Coding, testing, and deploying the interfaces. Provide necessary support during User Acceptance Testing. Help Regional consultant during production deployment. Upgrading existing UKG customers from lower versions to a more compatible and recent version. This will include porting of the full-suite UKG implementation and delivering it as a like to like solution. Overall, understanding of the UKG solution is a must for successfully upgrading and deploying the solution. The Consultant should show the flexibility for taking calls in the evening with the client and the US team members. In certain scenarios, they will be required to support major releases and upgrades during US hours. Qualifications : Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field At least 1-6 years of industry experience Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream using Microsoft SQL Domain knowledge of HCM or WFM is an additional advantage Involved in design, build, test, deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systems Knowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to have Excellent oral and written communication skills Good customer interfacing skills

The role requires close collaboration with UKG Project Managers, Solution Consultants, and Integration Teams to execute system implementations successfully. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with implementation and integration teams to support and deliver integration requirements for UKG Products. Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants to meet project goals within time and budget constraints. Assist Services Teams with integration discovery and scoping. Assess, design, and develop integration solutions tailored to customer requirements. Manage integration timelines, including notifying clients about task date changes or resource allocation updates. Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support. Perform coding, testing, and deployment of integration interfaces. Upgrade existing UKG customers from lower versions to the latest compatible versions, ensuring a like-to-like implementation. Maintain an overall understanding of the UKG solution for successful system upgrades and deployments. Show flexibility to work in shifts providing US Hours coverage. Qualifications & Experience 6-10 years of overall experience in Integration and Workforce Management (WFM). 3+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions. Hands-on experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream systems using Dell Boomi. Domain knowledge of HCM/WFM is a plus. Experience in designing, building, testing, deploying, and scheduling integration processes involving third-party systems. Expertise in Dell Boomi AtomSphere, including components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations. Knowledge of REST API, SOAP framework, XML, and Web Service design is advantageous. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent customer interaction skills.
