Job Role: Supplier Quality- BOP
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 6-10 Years of experience
Designation: Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager
Education:- B.Tech
1.Conduct Supplier Assessment, monitor compliance and performance.
2. Review and profile technical guidance to supplier on sheet metal, fasteners, plastic defects, GD&T, metallurgical requirements and measuring methods.
3.Validate manufacturing process to ensure they meet drawing and specification requirement verify supplier manufacturing process through PPAP audit, run @ rate.
4. Ensure supplier adherence to automotive standard , ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 and customer specific requirement.
5. Need and organise CFT meeting with other function like engineering, purchase and operation for supplier part development review.
6. Realize overall weekly status of NPD project, supplier audit, ESW approval, part approval and expedite with other process owner.
7. Candidate should have must strong global environment experience and automotive differential, transmission, divert train, components etc.
8. Strong conceptual understand of sheet metal, rubber, fastener, manufacturing process, stamping, forging, moulding, mixing etc.
9. Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T and SAP/ERP.
