Job Description

  • Coordinate training, deploy own training sessions, and conduct workshops as per advice to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned organization area.
  • Investigate and analyze function-specific data, information, and prepare reports, correspondence and/or statistics.
  • Deploy and train basic lean management methods and knowledge in standardized training sessions (1 to 2 h).
  • Support SPS Professionals in preparing trainings and reviews.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Your Qualifications
  • Undergraduate Degree in Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years
OR
  • Vocationally trained in Technical
  • 1 to 3 years
