Job Description

As a Training Coordinator at Schaeffler India Ltd., you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned organization area through various training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating training sessions, deploying your training programs, and conducting workshops to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization. - Investigating and analyzing function-specific data to prepare reports, correspondence, and statistics. - Training teams on basic lean management methods and facilitating standardized training sessions. - Assisting SPS Professionals in preparing trainings and reviews. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of the SPS by sharing best practices. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggesting improvements. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Undergraduate Degree in Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience. - OR - Vocationally trained in Technical field with 1 to 3 years of experience.
