Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and processdriven Senior Manager of Social Media Operations to lead the operational backbone of our social media function This role is critical in driving efficient execution crossfunctional collaboration platform governance performance tracking and resource planning for our global social media efforts The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational rigor deep platform knowledge and a passion for scaling impactful content Key Responsibilities Lead social media operations across all channels Instagram TikTok XTwitter LinkedIn Facebook YouTube Threads etc including content workflow scheduling approvals and publishing Develop and manage standardized processes playbooks and best practices to ensure operational consistency across teams and regions Oversee social media governance including account management platform compliance naming conventions and accesssecurity controls Partner with marketing creative analytics legal and customer support teams to streamline workflows and ensure alignment Manage relationships with external toolsplatform vendors eg Sprinklr Sprout Social Hootsuite Khoros and lead platform integration and optimization Build and manage a centralized content calendar and publishing system that coordinates campaigns product launches events and evergreen content Lead reporting and performance trackingsetting KPIs building dashboards and translating metrics into actionable insights Identify and implement tools automations and systems that improve speed quality and efficiency across social operations Support budgeting and resource planning for social media initiatives including staffing tools and agency partners Stay ahead of social media platform changes policies and feature rollouts that impact operations Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field Masters is a plus 7 years in social media digital marketing or operations with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role Experience managing complex workflows and largescale content operations across global teams Deep understanding of social media platforms publishing tools and performance metrics Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders Familiarity with legal privacy and brand safety standards related to social platforms Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
