Sports Officer

Program and event management

• Develop, organize, and deliver a variety of sports activities, projects, and programs.
• Coordinate and manage sports events, competitions, and tournaments.
• Schedule and arrange venues for sporting events.
• Create marketing and promotional materials for events.

Coaching and athlete support

• Select and train teams for sporting events.
• Coach individuals and teams and provide guidance on sports, skills, and development.
• Organize training sessions, coaching clinics, and workshops.
• Accompany teams to matches and competitions.

Administration and logistics

• Manage sports facilities, including checking venues and overseeing maintenance.
• Issue, maintain, and account for sports equipment and kits.
• Manage budgets, find funding, and oversee expenditures.
• Maintain detailed records of events, practices, and financial accounts.
• Prepare written reports and annual reports.

Community and outreach

• Promote sports participation through outreach programs.
• Collaborate with schools, sports clubs, and other community organizations.
• Establish links between different sports bodies, schools, and local authorities.
• Encourage participation among specific groups, such as young people or those from disadvantaged communities.
• Organize activities for children, youth, or adults.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
