Sports Officer

The University invites applications for the post of Sports Officer to strengthen and promote sports

culture on campus and nurture talent among students.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, organize, and oversee sports and fitness programs for students.

 Train, mentor, and guide university teams for inter-university/state/nationwide level

competitions.

 Maintain sports infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.

 Foster a culture of health, wellness, and sportsmanship on campus.

 Coordinate with various departments for sports-related events, tournaments, and activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) or equivalent from a recognized university.

 Proven experience in organizing and supervising sports programs.

 Excellent knowledge of sports rules, techniques, and contemporary fitness practices.

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

Desirable:

 Representation at inter-university/All India level competitions.

 Experience in managing university sports teams.
