Job Description

Role : Sports Coaches for Squash, Tennis and Shooting Job Responsibilities : Conduct regular training sessions in the assigned sport (e.g., squash, tennis & shooting) Mentor and prepare university teams for inter-university and open competitions. Design sport-specific drills and physical conditioning routines suitable for student-athletes/non-athletes. Support the Sports & Wellness Course by facilitating sessions or mentoring student assistants, as applicable. Collaborate with the Sports Office for planning, scheduling, and organising events. Help identify and develop student talent and foster leadership and team spirit. Travel with the team as per the requirement based on tournaments. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during all sessions. Ensuring that participants train and perform to a high standard of health and safety at all times Qualification: Relevant degree in Sports (B.P.Ed/NIS Coaching Diploma) Represented the respective sport at a national level.
