Description
As a Curio Facilitator at CurioBoat, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the respective program you are applying for - Sports, STEAM, Reading & Storytelling, or Creative Writing. You will spend 60-70% of your time teaching and interacting with students, parents, and school administrators. Additionally, you will be involved in improving the existing curriculum, creating new lesson plans, managing child attendance, and progress reports. Some of your secondary responsibilities will include assisting in marketing activities, interacting with parents to address their concerns, assisting the sales team, coordinating recruitment drives, and helping with the procurement of materials for the center. You will also play a role in launching new collaborations and supporting the business operations. To excel in this role, you should be child-friendly, patient, and passionate about the program you will be facilitating. Proficiency in English, prior teaching experience with children aged 3-13, strong communication skills, and the ability to use business software like Google Drive, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva are essential. Training will be provided for each program. This full-time position in Noida, NCR, requires a 5.5-day workweek engagement with in-person work. If you choose to work full-time, you will be expected to handle both teaching and non-teaching responsibilities effectively.
