As a Curio Facilitator at CURIOBOAT, you will play a crucial role in facilitating various programs such as Sports, STEAM, Reading & Storytelling, or Creative Writing for children aged 3-8 years old. Your responsibilities will be divided into primary and secondary roles: Primary Responsibilities: - Facilitate the respective program you are applying for - Enhance the existing curriculum and develop new lesson plans - Interact with students, parents, and school administrators - Participate in teacher recruitment and training - Manage child attendance and progress reports Secondary Responsibilities: - Support marketing activities for different programs - Assist the sales team in addressing parents" queries and providing feedback on children's performance - Help in material procurement and collaborating with new centers - Coordinate recruitment drives and launch new collaborations - Engage with business operations and take on non-teaching responsibilities Moreover, you will be expected to be child-friendly, patient, and passionate about the program you are facilitating. English proficiency, prior teaching experience with children aged 3-13, and strong communication skills are preferred. Training will be provided, and you should be comfortable using business software like Google Drive, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva. As a full-time Curio Facilitator, you will have a 5.5-day workweek engagement at the Noida location in a face-to-face setting.
