🔍 Role & Responsibilities

As a Sports Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing international soccer matches using our advanced analytics software.

• Identifying and tagging key moments such as pass receptions, shots, player movements, etc.

• Recognizing and accurately tagging jersey numbers of players.

• Maintaining precision, timing, and attention to detail while working on match analysis.

🧠 Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have a basic understanding of soccer and a strong interest in the sport.

• Are detail-oriented and can stay focused for long durations.

• Can work flexible shifts (morning or afternoon) — approx. 9 hours per day.

• Have access to a personal laptop.

• Are comfortable working full-time from our Nashik office (this is not a work-from-home opportunity).

📈 Recruitment & Training Process

1. Face-to-Face Interview (at our office)

2. 1-Month Training Program (Unpaid) – Learn the software and soccer analysis methodology in detail.

3. Final Evaluation – Tag a full soccer game. Your performance will be assessed based on accuracy and speed.

4. Selection – Once you clear the final test, you’ll be hired full-time on a fixed salary.
