🟦 About the Role

Team16 is looking for motivated individuals who can generate sponsorship leads, convert them into active sponsors, and present pitch decks to decision-makers for our upcoming sports events.

This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, persuasive, and confident in corporate outreach.

🟣 Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sponsorship leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and company databases.

Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and conversions to close sponsorship deals.

Present pitch decks virtually or offline (if required).

Build and maintain a structured sponsor pipeline.

Negotiate sponsorship packages and maintain professional communication with brands.

Work closely with the event management team to understand sponsorship requirements.

Achieve targets to unlock commission-based earnings.

Strong communication & presentation skills

Knowledge of sales funnels & lead conversion

Ability to pitch to brands and corporate teams

Confidence in virtual and offline presentations

Basic understanding of sponsorships and partnerships

Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

Good command over LinkedIn outreach tools (optional but preferred)
