JOB TITLE: Sponsorship Acquisition & Lead Conversion Executive

Hybrid / Remote

(Remote most of the time; offline presence only when presenting pitch decks if required)

🟦 About the Role

generate sponsorship leads, convert them into active sponsors, and present pitch decks

target-driven, persuasive, and confident in corporate outreach

🟣 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate

  new sponsorship leads

  through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and company databases.
• Conduct

  outreach, follow-ups, and conversions

  to close sponsorship deals.
• Present

  pitch decks

  virtually or offline (if required).
• Build and maintain a structured

  sponsor pipeline

  .
• Negotiate sponsorship packages and maintain professional communication with brands.
• Work closely with the event management team to understand sponsorship requirements.
• Achieve targets to unlock

  commission-based earnings

• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Knowledge of sales funnels & lead conversion
• Ability to pitch to brands and corporate teams
• Confidence in virtual and offline presentations
• Basic understanding of sponsorships and partnerships
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Good command over LinkedIn outreach tools (optional but preferred)
