Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Kollam. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders. They will develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs, provide therapy for speech and language improvement, and assist patients with dysphagia management. The role involves working closely with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to track progress and achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy, Speech, and effective rehabilitation strategies
• Knowledge and experience in managing Dysphagia and related treatments
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid certification and licensing as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in managing diverse patient populations, including children and adults
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes
