Speech Language Pathologist

• Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
• Diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and medical professionals to provide holistic care.
• Counsel and educate families/caregivers on therapy techniques for home practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and therapy reports.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdisciplinary planning.
• Stay updated with the latest research, therapy techniques, and professional standards.
• Ensure ethical and professional practice in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (M.Sc. SLP / BASLP / MASLP or equivalent).
• Valid certification/registration from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
• Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric and/or adult speech and language disorders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior clinical experience in speech therapy is preferred but not mandatory (freshers may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
