Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Provide expert clinical supervision and consultation to junior psychologists and other professionals. Lead on the development and implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Participate in service planning, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for staff and other stakeholders. Contribute to and/or lead research and clinical audit projects. Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards, including documentation and record keeping. Liaise with external agencies, families, and support networks to ensure holistic care.
